The factory has industrial ovens for heating the crankcases , so that the new bearings can just drop in them , without the use of force

Wey hey ...its a very late lunch time .
Three Jotagas boys together . Joan Freixas and his brother , the great Lluis took me out to a nearby restaurant for amongst other things Snails. Being more used to fish and chips and mouldy bread , i took the opportunity to enjoy the strange combination of fine French food whilst in Catalonia . It proved proved to much of a temptation to miss - ha ha . The meal was great and the company was even better.

We got back at .....hmmmmm..... I cant remember. Later that afternoon i returned to the Pibernat household and went out for a spin on two Jotagas prototypes whilst Joan got back to work at the factory . I have ridden , tested and have many photos of the two different Jotagas enduro machines. They cater for different markets. I have been asked to keep hold of these photos untill i get permission to release them. I am sure you understand.
In the afternoon two of the welders from the Aragon factory arrived with some freshly welded chassis and swinging arms. They then collected some newly produced items to go through the same welding process.
Its the end of the day. Four , possibly five bikes were finished that day.
You could increase to 8 bikes a day boys. Just don't tell the boss.
