jotagas fabrication and rider photos
These are some recently taken photographs (May 2013) . The first few photographs were taken at the fabricators in Spain who make the beautiful aluminium chassis. These chassis weigh 6kg . This is less than the weight of a rear trials tyre !. The forged aluminium chassis parts are hand TIG welded together. The chassis incorporated the fuel tank.

The Jotagas machines are hand built with care.
The small production like moves as slow as the worker wants. This is as close to handbuilt bike that you can get. All of the parts to fabricate the bike at made in either Spain or Italy , with the exception of the crankcases , which are made in Asia to Jotagas's exacting standards.
Below on the left you will see Samuel Xiberta. He is the minder of Pol Tarres and works at Jotagas.
