We then walk down the bank from the section towards the balcony. It was under this balcony that the Bultaco mechanics made any adjustments that Sammy Miller wanted.
Ignacio tell us that at the start the farm was 10-15 hectres in size.
My good friend Josep Argerich who came with me badly hurt his knee when riding his GasGas Enduro and he was having trouble getting down from the section and I had badly pulled a muscle in an Enduro also. Ignacio seemed the fittest one of us all. He then went on to say that it was not as seems. He has pain from his knees and several scars on his legs and hip from surgery. Looking at Ignacio move, you would never guess these Trials and Motocross injuries. He has mended well.

This low wall is right next to the underneath of the balcony. It invites you to ride up it. The scars in the plasterwork near the top of the wall are from this riding.
The double doors lead to a workshop, where work was carried out to Sammy Miller's Bultaco. This building was originally the grape juice production building where the grapes would be poured into the cellars and left to ferment.
This garage was the place that Paco kept his cars. Ignacio's grand mother built the garage and Paco had a 3 litre sports Bentley that he used in the competition Coupe de Alpes. Paco was not a collector of cars but he loved to drive in competitions. He also had 2 porches, one coupe. He also had a red Alfer Romeo Spider exactly like the one in the film , The Graduate.
