page 4 2013 Barcelona Montesa factory and Trial team tour
The gentleman on the left in the grey jumper is Honda's Public relations man. The man in the leather jacket was a designer from Barcelona working with Honda. In the distance on the right you can see a mechanic trainer.
If you ever have your bike serviced by a Honda trained mechanic, this is the environment they train in. Dealerships send their mechanics here to get up to speed on Honda motorcycles. There are many different booths the mechanics work in under the careful watch of the trainers. Needless to say, it's spotless and serves as an example and inspiration to Honda dealerships and mechanics.

This whole training building is 3 storey and entirely detached and seperated from the main factory. As well as a mechanic training location, bikers come here from all around the World to learn riding skills. There is a skid pan to the rear as well as a track out front. You'll see this of course, because I photo everything :)
These are the training bikes. You could go to this training department yourself.

No chance of falling over on this bike. A little modification giving the bike stablers
This is Oscar Giro in the black jacket. He is a very very good rider. Back in the 90's he rode for Aprilia. Not any more. Aprilia trial has gone and Oscar now rides his 2009 Montesa trial, of course :)
That is my friend Josep on the right. You will see him in some of these photos. Josep knows everything about Spanish motorcycles. He is the most knowledgeable man on this subject I have ever met . He also knows a bit about different flavours of gin but we won't mention this :)
