Page 28 Exclusive Mick Andrews 2014 Interview

Now to look around outside and in some other places. Visiting the trials stars of yesterday I feel an affinity with the men of the legendary Japanese Trial magazine Trial Journal. They would make the long trip from Japan over to Europe and visit the stars of the 80's and 90's at their homes. Now I didn't have to travel as far as they did , but that's only luck.

In 1986 Makoto Sugitano and his colleague with Trial Journal magazine visited Mick Andrews at the same home address he lives now. You might recall me asking about Mick about this in the interview. I very much feel as though I am travelling in their foot steps. Below are some of the photos from the 1986 visit to Mick's house.

I always find it interesting to compare the old with the new. I hope you do as well.
