page 22 2013 Tommi Ahvala Feature Interview
Nothing has been touched for at least 15 years.
The 125cc Aprilia given to Tommi by the factory. Its immaculate. Well it would be. He's not likely to fall off and it's only been ridden occasionally.
The Montesa 348 belonging to Jourko, Tommi's father is behind the Aprilia.
Some clues
We pulled them out and lined them all up against the yellow bus of Jommi's.
From the interview "Tell me about the first bike you had with Fantic?
That was the white blue and red k-roo with the radiator on the top. We modified that bike very heavily cos it was kind of top heavy and very tall as well. We changed the whole frame around and the radiator around and managed to make it quite a bit lower and much better to ride. I remember the bike still had to look like production bike but we had big problems trying to fit the plastics so it would somehow look like a production bike.

We disguised it pretty good. Not a lot of people know this and the differences. There was about 2 or 3 inches difference on the height of the bike. Then when you start fitting the plastics nothing fits anymore so you really have to work hard cutting everything out to make it look original. It worked pretty good. People only rode the production bike so they thought it was the pig I was riding, but my bike was quite good.
