Page 22 - Bultaco - Masia de San Antonio tour
This is the door on the right hand side. You can see the thick external wall where the house was enlarged in 1901. When you see the comparison photos later, you will understand better.
These two rooms were where the first Bultaco engines were designed. Ignacio was not supposed to be in the room at this time, but was anyway. There were 6 drawing board tables with 6 designers in this first room all making drawings of the various components needed to complete an engine. In the rear room was a large table where they would lay out all of the designs for discussions and easy viewing.
This is why the very first Bultaco engine is called San Antonio. The first San Antonio was a four speed gear box and later this gearbox was changed to a five and six speed gearbox.
There is a lot of motorcycle history in this room - sorry about the blurry picture :)

Some family photos.
Centrally the photo is of Ignacio's mother Ines Sagnier.
I think I understand that the group photo is of Ignacio's mother's family.
Below this is a photo of Ignacio and his wife Matilde Marta on his wedding day.
The bottom photo taken on the beach is of Christina - Sete Gibernau's mother with Sete's brother.

A nice picture of Paco delighted as his Grandson Sete wins the 125cc Spanish Championship. Paco was of course a big fan of Sete.
