My Catalan friend, Josep Argerich standing with Ignacio Bulto. Josep has every Merlin made in his collection.
I have many, but he has far more.

This cast aluminium fork brace has been machined out to reduce metal. It would not normally have the small holes.

Many of the nuts, spindles and bolts were replaced with titanium items. To the right of the front sprocket there would normally have been a shiny metal plate with a void behind, where the oil pump (used on other motorcycles who used this engine) was located. This plate and the entire box has been machined away, reducing weight considerably.

You can see this bike has been kept in the dark, the very rare red bar pad has really kept its colour where it would normally fade.
