Then, we come across the entrance .......but no this cant be the main entrance, perhaps just the tradesman entrance. We drive up the old road but reach a gate, which is unlocked as builders were there. We then proceed up the road.

1000km in 4 days wasnt much fun in this Chevy Spark. It needs another gear and as its so short, it's very twitchy.

The tower at San Antonio that the president of the railways, Manuel Marques built , so that he could keep an eye on his trains and make sure they were on time. The railway was later sold to the national railways, RENFE.
